“I just called Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists as a new patient to schedule an appointment, and honestly it was a terrible experience. The person I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for the earliest available appointment and mentioned I preferred to see a psychiatrist for my first visit, but he kept pushing me toward a PA instead without really explaining anything. When I said I’d check the website and call back, he just hung up on me!! No courtesy at all. Really disappointing, especially for a mental health clinic where you’d expect a bit more professionalism and basic respect.”
