“My partner, our dog, and I had such a positive experience at this treatment center. It's not easy to find a rehab that welcomes couples and allows pets, but they made us all feel comfortable from the very beginning. Being able to stay together and keep our dog with us made a huge difference in our recovery journey. The staff genuinely cared about our well-being and treated us with kindness, respect, and compassion. The therapists and counselors were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to listen. The facility was clean, comfortable, and provided a safe, peaceful environment where we could focus on healing. We're incredibly grateful for everything we learned and the support we received. If you're looking for a treatment center that understands the importance of keeping loved ones together, including your furry family members, I highly recommend this place. Thank you for helping us build a stronger, healthier future. Crystal C Andrey M and Rhino”

“Moment of Clarity is a place where I have found people who are serious about their recovery. The staff has been so supportive and compassionate. Chris, Annie and Cierra are awesome! The groups are so insightful and really help you to understand new ways to cope and think. I am so grateful for this place!”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ I stayed at the Moments of Clarity sober living house in Reseda and honestly, the house itself was beautiful and the people there were amazing. Sharon, the house manager, is one of the kindest people I’ve met, and she really helped make it feel like home. With my severe social anxiety, finding a place where I could feel comfortable enough to focus on my recovery instead of worrying about where I’d live was a huge relief—and Reseda gave me that. Unfortunately, the higher management is where everything falls apart. Their focus seems to be on other locations, while Reseda is left fighting for scraps. I struggled with insomnia because they couldn’t get my medication situation handled correctly. Some housemates tried to help by giving me non-narcotic sleep aids. I take urine tests multiple times a week, and I was never told there was a problem. Then out of nowhere, I was told I had to leave because 5 tests came back with “other medication” in them. If they had told me after the first test, I never would’ve accepted anything from anyone else. Instead, they let it slide until it stacked up against me, then kicked me out with no warning and even booked me home 13 hours earlier than planned. The clients and Sharon truly care, but management doesn’t. They don’t communicate, they don’t support you through mistakes, and they’re quick to give up on clients instead of helping them work through challenges. If Reseda had better support from the higher-ups, it could be an amazing place—but right now, management makes it hard to recommend.”

“This place was mostly done through zoom and hardly any classroom activity at all. So many things wrong with this place, i lost count. Medications were never on time and no supervision. Eric, the guy in charge of housing, (Supposedly) was an absolute joke.? Why he still works there is crazy. His idea of handling a problem was being sarcastic and vindictive. Do not send your loved ones there. Its a Mental health facility and all they seem to do is create problems. The Director, Jay doesnt care about the clients, only the money and insurance. Good luck, and dont say i didnt warn you. Im a retired fire captain and was seeking help for PTSD and received none. There are mych better choices!”
