“Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. During my virtual evaluation, the physiatrist asking me questions was repeatedly yawning, did not appear to be taking notes, and seemed to be paying very little attention. For an appointment where you are discussing personal and important information, I expected to feel listened to and taken seriously. I also would not recommend agreeing to AI note-taking for a virtual appointment the provided will give 0 attention to you. I cancelled my follow-up appointment on Saturday for an appointment scheduled on Tuesday, and was charged a $100 cancellation fee. I was told they could not make a one-time exception. Overall, I felt like I had to repeatedly call them myself to get answers because communication was lacking. Between the virtual evaluation, scheduling process, unexpected fee, and lack of communication, I did not feel comfortable continuing my care with Mindpath Health.”

“This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a business and I’m left feeling very unheard and defeated from all staff besides Cassandra. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. The dr Farzook, did not care for my reason for the consult. Did not speak on why I was there. Just wanted to prescribe me medication and move on, even after I had mentioned I did not like, nor wanted medication. When I tried to explained to the practice manager Diana what had happened, she would repeatedly tell me “I was not there, I don’t know what was said” but would quickly defend the lack of care in the “consult” as if she was there. Fully ready to defend without even listening to me. Diana was terrible to speak to. Both people did not take the care, effort or even remotely work with me to listen to my needs. I’m shocked how uncaring they are, at a mental health business. It is so hurtful that this was my first experience after gaining the courage to seek help.”

“The doctor i worked with insisted on the medication that i raised an issue with, the front desk and communication flow with doctor is slow and take long. They charge a heavy premium bill for a poor service. The only good point is their early appointments!”

“I a New a patient at MindPath🙏 My first experience was with a very helpful and attentive receptionist named Ashby. He was kind, courteous and most importantly he listened to my needs and he helped me find a Psychiatrist that was a good fit for my issue. The first appointment went very well. I am excited to be working with Mind Path and to continue my journey of learning to love myself. I will leave more reviews after I have been here longer.
