What patients say on Google

“My son with autism and severe OCD finished our sessions. We are seeing some encouraging signs and happy that we went through the therapy. Chris and Anna at the San Jose office were awesome. They were very caring and accommodating to Isaac’s needs. Isaac really enjoyed coming here. Overall very positive experience!! Thanks!”

“My overall experience with Brain Wellness Center (Silicon Valley TMS) was outstanding. It works! It actually, amazingly works! I feel so incredibly blessed to have found Brain Wellness Center and have them help me with my life long struggle with Depression and Anxiety. I've have been on this journey for 28 years and felt like I've tried almost everything. Brain Wellness Center is the only thing that has brought a measurable amount of relief with the exception of a very intensive 3 year meditation program. With Brain Wellness Center, I felt relief within 3 weeks! I couldn't believe it. I became less anxious and less depressed. It's like I'm looking at life now with rose colored glasses. I never thought this would be possible. I'm even way less irritable before that time of the month and have less PMS symptoms overall. They should add that to their marketing. To be clear, my problems or memories did not disappeared. It's so odd but I just don't get as anxious and it's way easier for me to think positively about things. It's like magic. I just feel so incredibly thankful to have had this opportunity to find something that actually works! And I can't say enough good things about the entire process and staff at Brain Wellness Center. From day one they made the process exceptionally smooth and seamless. They worked directly with my insurance and communications were always prompt and easy. The treatments are highly customized to each patient. They informed me about the process every step of the way so there were never any surprises. The office staff in San Jose, Ana and Christian, are such a pleasure to work with and be around, I felt like they were becoming my second family. Plus they both worked hard to make things super comfortable and friendly. Ana and Christian both deserve a raise for how hard they work every day. They have both been in this business for a very long time and that level of experience and expertise is priceless! The doctors at Brain Wellness Center are wonderful to work with as well. They are kind and friendly and truly seem to care about the patients. I honestly can't say enough good things about Brain Wellness Center and how amazing my experience was and how grateful I am. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I have already been telling every one about my experience. How easy and pain free the whole process was for me. It's been three weeks now since I stopped my treatments and I still feel so incredible. Don't hesitate to give them a call to see if they can help you too. Good luck.”

“Treatment: Started TMS after trying several SSRIs, SNRIs and atypical medications. non of those medications were that effective. It was honestly a bit overwhelming to start. I had given up on treating my depression. If 10 different drugs and 2 years of trying doesn't work, my hope was little. The difference is huge and TMS actually worked for me! There is a weekly depression/anxiety rating that you have to do. Initially I found it annoying tbh, and didn't see the point. But I started to see the numbers change before I started feeling them. After like 4-5 weeks, my wife started to see the changes, and little by little, I felt the changes too. The commitment is huge. For several weeks, you have to go every day. but for me it was worth it. Staff: Ana and Christian were amazing. They were both very pleasant and always made me feel relaxed for the treatments themselves. Shout out to them and Dr. Krompier/Hashemian for their help and support during this process.”

“Christian, who administered the initial brain evaluations as well as the treatments, was always patient and friendly. Ana at the desk was always similarly friendly and helpful. Drs. Krompier and Hashemian kept a close eye on my progress with the weekly check-ins and I could tell they were really concerned that I was benefiting and that the treatment parameters were optimal. I felt happy going into the center because everyone was so friendly. Overall, the people here are professional and attentive. I'm happy I signed up with Silicon Valley TMS. Although I took longer than the average patient to show improvement, it eventually came. I feel tons better and as anyone suffering from depression knows, real improvement is priceless. I had tried vigorous, continual exercise, as well as meds, therapy, and CBT, and they failed to bring me out of this particular depression. For the treatment itself, you have to go 5 days a week for 7 weeks, and the treatment takes 20 minutes, so schedule an hour and a half out of your day. If you miss a treatment once in a while, that's okay (I missed a few because when depressed I often fail to check my schedule.) Just try to reschedule 24 or 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. I looked forward to the treatment after a while: you get to watch Netflix in a comfy chair and you have an excuse to take a break from your hectic day. The magnetic zapping doesn't hurt mostly, although maybe once every 6 times it did hurt, not sure why. Christian would adjust the cap which helped. But the pain was nothing you can't handle, maybe a 3.”
