“The best place for TMS treatment! I’m so impressed with this place - from the facility, the staff and of course, the psychiatrists and their expertise and professionalism. From the get go, things aligned perfectly. I was regularly kept informed of insurance approvals and treatment timeline. They even had me come in for an EEG to really pinpoint brain activity and come up with a targeted plan to address any issues. I was assigned to Dr. Ali and Dr. Krompier and I met with them at least once a week to go over PHQ and other test scores. We discussed any changes that need to be made based on symptoms and side effects. There were a few times that I met them 2x a week to discuss urgent concerns that arose and they were always available and considerate. The staff is awesome as well. They were always helpful with scheduling conflicts due to work or being sick. I mainly worked with Christian, who is a psychiatric tech. His experience and knowledge were so impressive. I learned so much from him. Everything at this place ran like a well-oiled machine. I’m so grateful to have found this place and highly recommend it to anyone seeking TMS treatment.”

“My overall experience with Brain Wellness Center was outstanding. It works! It actually, amazingly works! I feel so incredibly blessed to have found Brain Wellness Center and have them help me with my life long struggle with Depression and Anxiety. The treatments are highly customized to each patient. They informed me about the process every step of the way so there were never any surprises. The office staff in San Jose, Ana and Christian, are such a pleasure to work with and be around, I felt like they were becoming my second family. Plus they both worked hard to make things super comfortable and friendly. Ana and Christian both deserve a raise for how hard they work every day. They have both been in this business for a very long time and that level of experience and expertise is priceless! The doctors at Brain Wellness Center are wonderful to work with as well. They are kind and friendly and truly seem to care about the patients. I honestly can't say enough good things about Brain Wellness Center and how amazing my experience was and how grateful I am.
