“My ongoing experience at Zion Healing Center in Pleasanton, CA has been a blessing. First I'd like to share what I have been through over the last 6 years. A severe TBI, mold toxicity, a cancer recurrence, a broken vertebrae, a multi fractured sacrum, and the loss of my sister. My brain had become very foggy, my memory was fading, my fatigue level was off the charts which affected my ability to exercise and so much more. I felt doomed and did not know where to turn. Then I heard about Neurofeedback and TMS and I quickly contacted Zion. I must say Rajiv, the owner, and April, the lead counselor are so intelligent, kind, efficient and knowledgeable about their programs so I decided to give it a try. First I did Neurofeedback and quickly felt my memory returning and feeling normal again which positively affected my other difficulties. Then I tried TMS and am so glad I did because I seemed to notice a slight improvement from day 1 and it only got better and better. “I’ve just finished my TMS treatment at Zion Healing Center, and I feel so much better than I did when I first started. I had struggled with depression and anxiety for a quite long time and had many issues with medications. TMS felt like my last resort. Zion Healing Center was not easy to find, but I am so grateful that I found them and decided to switch my treatment there. The results have been life-changing. Rajiv and April are incredibly caring, detail-oriented, and professional. They always make sure every treatment setting matches the doctor’s prescription exactly. “A close friend of mine scheduled an appointment here believing they would be evaluated by a psychiatrist. Instead, the appointment was handled only by nursing staff, without any clear advance explanation that they would not actually see a psychiatrist. Even more concerning, my friend reported being encouraged to select answers that would make their depression-screening score as high as possible—even though those answers did not accurately reflect their condition—so that insurance would cover the treatment. Patients should never be asked to exaggerate or falsify symptoms for billing or insurance purposes. If this occurred as described, it raises serious concerns about unethical clinical practices, inaccurate medical documentation, and potential insurance fraud. The overall experience felt focused on qualifying the patient for reimbursement rather than honestly evaluating their mental-health needs. I strongly urge this practice to investigate what happened, clearly disclose which type of provider patients will see, and ensure that no patient is ever pressured to provide inaccurate medical information.”
