“Alliance Neurology Consultants were very professional and knowledgeable about the TMS process. Ryan, the TMS technician, was willing and able to answer any questions I had throughout my treatment. He was personable, polite, and a fantastic conversationalist. The front deck personnel were ALWAYS polite and helpful. Grace and Beth handled the phones, check-ins, and physician requests efficiently and quickly. As for the actual treatment - easy as eating pie. The commitment of 36 consecutive was daunting at first. However, I started to see positive changes after the second week and that provided all the encouragement I needed to make every appointment! After completing the entire treatment regimen I felt as if the clouds of depression that had been dogging me daily, for 5+ years, beginning to clear. I had started to wake up feeling motivated. I found myself humming while I was actually enjoying doing the dishes. I wanted to do things and then actually did them. Life had good days again. My family started to notice I was smiling and participating in their conversations. TMS WORKS!”
