What patients say on Google
“I'm putting my health in their hands. And the first RX that took almost 3 weeks to get to me. Gave me such heart rate increase and decrease in my blood pressure I thought I was having a heart attack.. And then only a week later they want to delete one of the RX that is the only one I don't have a reaction to and I haven't even been a client in one month! I wanted to be CARED ABOUT. I thought that was what psychiatrist was going to DO (ESPECIALLY IN THE FIRST MONTH OF EVEN BEING A PATIENT! 😭😭😇🙏🙏🙏🙏🤷🙏😇 Let alone shouldn't I be given an apology for having such a side effect with only 2 days using the last RX. Now the new RX has the same side effects yet it doesn't work! I was SO SCARED!!!!!”
“My experience at Therapeutic Solutions was nothing short of great! All the providers were attentive and kind to all of my needs and answered promptly to any concerns I had about my medication. The MA Vicky was the MVP and promptly assisted me with my medication refills. The front desk staff were always polite and called if anything needed clarification as to make sure I understood appointment dates and times.”
“I think it's cute that the reviews are either five stars at the top or one star at the bottom. I'm tempted to go for the laugh and say, "Sounds kind of bi-polar to me," but that would be inappropriate. My two cents is that Dr. Gamble has been a life saver for me and I've found the staff friendly, flexible and easy to work with, especially when my insurance changed and when I've had to cancel or reschedule appointments.”
“I have been a patient at this practice since 2022 under Ms. Gamble’s care. Throughout that time, I had positive experiences with both her and the office. I never had issues obtaining my medications, and virtual appointments were available when appropriate, which was especially helpful since I live out of town. Last month, when I called to refill my medications, I was informed that Ms. Gamble was leaving the practice and that I had been reassigned to a new provider, Ahmed Abouesh, along with a new medical assistant. My prescriptions were refilled, and my next appointment was rescheduled with him. Around that time, my employer requested a medical note regarding work duties that have been causing significant overheating. I take multiple medications that are known to cause heat intolerance and temperature regulation issues. When I initially requested a note, I was told by the medical assistant that the answer was simply “no” and that the provider could not do that. Because this was important for my health and safety, I followed up and asked whether I could schedule an appointment to discuss the issue directly with the provider. An appointment was then scheduled for the following week. During today’s appointment, I explained that the medications have caused significant problems during hot weather. I have required urgent care visits, have had to leave work on multiple occasions, and have become physically ill from heat exposure. I explained that this was the reason for my request and for scheduling the additional appointment. The response I received was disappointing. I was told that because he “hadn’t seen me and wasn’t treating me,” providing the note was outside his scope and not something he could do. This was difficult to understand given that I have been a patient of the practice for several years and that the medications involved have been prescribed through this practice for a long time. I was not offered any discussion about alternative medications, management strategies, or other options to address the heat intolerance. Instead, I was advised to contact my OB, despite the fact that I do not have a regular primary care provider. What frustrated me most was not necessarily being told no, but feeling that my concerns were dismissed without meaningful consideration. This was a legitimate health and workplace safety issue, supported by known side effects of my medications. I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported. As a result of this experience, I canceled my future appointments and will be seeking care elsewhere. My experience with Ms. Gamble was excellent, but my interaction with her replacement left me disappointed and concerned about the continuity of care provided by the practice.”
