“So Cal TMS is great! I was skeptical, but desperate and overwhelmed with depression and anxiety so I tried the Rancho Cucamonga So Cal TMS center, and it worked! At about week 3, I started to notice an improvement with my focus, and a little bit in my mood too. I've been getting better by the week. I have about 5 visits remaining and I already feel like a new person and that I got my life back. It is a time commitment, but it works, and it is well worth it. “I cannot say enough great things about the SoCal TMS center in Rancho Cucamonga. First off, I will begin by saying that I have battled with depression and anxiety for close to 20 years and have tried everything in the book. While talk therapy and medication have helped, I have had my ups and downs throughout the years and recently I was at a very low point and could not pull myself up so my therapist recommended TMS. In my own experience, the intake process was fairly quick and easy and thankfully my insurance approved treatment quickly. I began treatment within a month and I can honestly say that I began feeling better within a week. As part of the treatment plan, I have a once a week appointment with Dr. Poole who checks in with me on my progress and he really is great, I appreciate that he listens to me and validates my feelings, he sees me as a person, not just a patient, which means a lot. But I will say that one the biggest highlight and joys of coming to the RC office is the staff! Sho and Lisa are so welcoming, kind, and friendly and they sincerely want you to feel better and find joy in life. Another added bonus is that I had appointments as early as 6am and as late as 530pm which was extremely helpful for someone with a full time job and kids! The hardest part of the process was actually committing to the appointments, but after a few days of going, I looked forward to coming in for my treatments. My recommendation to anyone who struggles with depression or anxiety and has tried everything under the sun is try this! But do not give up, even if it is difficult, stick to it, just don't give up. Highly recommend this treatment and in particular, this SoCal TMS Center in Rancho Cucamonga!”
