“The doctor is great but the front desk is a joke. Constant issues with scheduling. Will tell me one date and time on the phone call and then I get a text that the appointment is a different time then discussed. My doctor is amazing though. Also they tried to charge me three hundred dollars for “missing appointments” when it ended up being an issue on the insurance’s end. I had to chase them to fix it.”

“The current NP i receive treatment from is helpful. However the call in system does not work properly; Whenever I call in and get routed I have to continuously press the button repeatedly in order to get a live person.”

“This center is extremely disorganized and messy. Today, my son had an appointment with LAURAN JUFIAR. We drove 45 minutes to get there, and the appointment was supposed to be about his test results from the previous day. But they told us that due to a computer issue, the test results were unclear. This provider, named Lauran Jufiar, didn’t even bother to check the first test to make sure the results were accurate before scheduling an appointment. They seemed to think that simply saying “sorry” should be enough to satisfy us. When I tried to talk to them about this, they were extremely disrespectful. There is a glass window at the reception, and while I was speaking, they kept opening and closing it in my face even though I was still standing there. I am very dissatisfied with their service.”
