“I was in a pretty dark place when I called Inland like many of you. This business has changed hands and name from what I see now. Inland Empire TMS was the previous name. Kyle was the main guy and owner at Inland and is not a doctor or physician and for him to read and comment on my scans I felt that it really disturbed me he was not a professional .. One of the staff told me they had no formal training but it was all on the job training and they had read some information about TMS also which I felt was a bit off also. I spent 10K out of pocket for 40 treatments and got nothing out of it but the ringing in my ears are worse now still to this day. I spoke with a neurologist in Long Beach about TMS and said most people he talked with got little or nothing out of the treatments also. Dr Sandra Cox which was the doctor Inland ran under was never a part of any treatment the weeks I was there. She said TMS has a 50% efficacy possibly up to 70% but not definitive and that is all on a youtube video with her and Kyle. Kyle told me it was 70% and above when we first sat down. This works for many but the 4 people I spoke with while I was there only 1 said he had some results. Kyle told me he had 300 treatments which is a red flag that it either dosnt work very well or you need way more than the 40 treatments they suggest. If you have insurance then give it a shot but Its a pretty hefty cost if your paying out of pocket. I would shop around first before going here... many other TMS clinics around . I see Inland Empire TMS has changed owners and name to Neurobloom TMS. I feel the previous owner and new owner should refund everyone that did not get anything out of it back to the patients that had to pay out of pocket. A bit non professional in my thoughts.”
