What patients say on Google
“These people care about their patients, I was not doing good with my ADHD, I have been upfront about what I was dealing with and Doctor Jay has a huge heart and you can’t tell that he takes his role seriously. I’m on a treatment journey with someone who has my best mental and emotional health options that are available. I’ve been able to get into treatment and explore healthier ways to treat my autism. I feel really blessed to know that I can talk to another guy that’s just easy and down to earth to talk to. Thank you to all the staff at Mine Path and especially Doctor Jay for helping me along my journey. Andy 🙌”
“The doctors here are good but the administration is so terrible. You have to put a credit card on file to book an appointment, and I've had numerous fraudulent charges, some that took months and multiple requests to reverse. I had to book an appointment with a different provider and they set me up for a Zoom visit even though I'd never met the doctor in person. I even called to verify that it was a Zoom appointment, because that seemed odd to me, and the staff assured me it was a Zoom visit. Then the doctor told me I should have come in person because I'm a new patient. Right now, I'm working on scheduling an internal referral, and they sent multiple texts telling me they got the referral and I should call to schedule an appointment, then when I called, they told me they don't have any appointments available. Who's running this mess?”
“I was called a 'no-show' and threatened with $100 penalty for 12 minute delay in a 30 minute scheduled zoom appointment. The attendant was very rude. The Mindpath Health is an extortionist agency, stay away from these psychos. Can't say anything negative about the Doctor Porter.”
“I don't often leave negative reviews but someone could die following this man's orders. My experience at mindpath health and Dr. Jaykumar Maradia was very disappointing. I was treated like I was a drug seeker for trying to get medications that have been working for me for over a year before my insurance changed and I had to switch doctors. I have already gone through drug trials with past Doctors and it was a journey to find what works for me while also maintaining my health and safety. All he had to do was fill and maintain the medication that works for me to allow me to maintain my health. He disrespected me as an adult diagnosed woman, acted like it's unheard of that a woman could have been diagnosed as an adult with ADHD as though girls have been historically commonly properly diagnosed as children when it is common knowledge that ADHD and Autistic girls have been under and misdiagnosed as children prior to the last decade or 2. I told him antidepressants react badly for me and he insisted that it would be part of my treatment plan. I told him I will not take them. He insisted I take a sleep aid dispite the dangerous effects they have had for me including sleeping through a fire alarm. He simply cares more about controlling his patients than he does about treating them safely and respectfully. I'm not sure if he treats all his patients like this or if it's prejudice against women. FYI They also refuse to treat anyone that uses cannabis for any reason, he believes that using cannabis means you probably use recreational drugs of other kinds even if you don't use it recreationally and they drug test to make sure you're not lying. I didn't make any crazy requests just wanted to be respected and fill my 2 medications that I have been struggling to function without. This was a waste of a 2 week wait for an hour long conversation just to be denied proper care. I now have to call my insurance to find another Dr in network or pay hundreds more a month to a Dr out of network. It blows my mind that he wouldn't listen to my safety concerns as a mother of 5 kids and grandmother of 1, safety is my top priority and I won't take something if it's likely to cause a dangerous situation or health problem. To be completely dismissed as if his choices for me after minutes of knowing me were more valid than my lived experience...I'm livid.”
