“I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Victoria - I didn't get her last name, but I am sure she is an admin out of this office. Victoria was BEYOND SUPER HELPFUL. My son will no longer be able to see his psychiatrist at this location (she's been great, too!), and I initially tried calling 2 local offices to get him set up with a new local provider, but one didn't really help me (the male at the Torrance office told me to call my insurance company, and even said that he couldn't see what insurance my son had, and that he couldn't see what providers accept what insurance), and the other told me that I needed to talk with the Carlsbad office for scheduling, despite him needing to be scheduled with them (Redondo Beach) and just transferred me to Carlsbad. Victoria was not only able to help me with getting scheduled with the new provider at the local office (and yes, she was IMMEDIATELY able to see and confirm not just the primary insurance, but also the secondary insurance on file, and which providers accepted it) but she suggested, and was able, to get my son scheduled one last time with his provider to make sure he has sufficient med refills to get him through to his next appointment. It is SO hard to find people who are WILLING take the time to help you the way Victoria helped me. Mindpath, make sure you keep, and find more people, like Victoria!!”
