“My experience with this clinic left me feeling more anxious rather than supported. The unpredictability of staff interactions made it difficult to feel safe in the process. I also encountered repeated issues with billing and scheduling, and it eventually felt pointless to ask the front desk for help. For a mental health–focused clinic, the approach and tone from staff did not reflect the level of care or understanding I expected, especially given that patients here are already in a vulnerable state. Based on my experience, I strongly urge others to carefully consider their options before choosing this provider so they don’t go through what I did.”

My daughter was nervous and the dr.spent time with her to help her feel calm and they started her on a lower dose. Thank you for making this a good experience for her!”

“I was charged a late fee when I lost a family member and didn't have enough time to cancel ahead of appointment. On top of the additional unexpected charge, they continue to have unprofessional billing issues. I paid $120 late fee on that day including a copay for an appt I didn't have. Then my bill was $858, next $750. Finally saying I actually owe $50 additional towards my late cancellation appt. It's ridiculous. I think getting ahold of DMV is easier than their billing department.”

“This place will charge you 175 dollars for missing an appointment, and if you're more than 12 minutes late you're considered a no show. Seems reasonable besides the hilariously high price, I understand they expect patients to be punctual. This policy is absolutely hilarious when taking into account how late the psysicians are however. Today I overslept and 13 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start I was told I'm being charged 175 dollars. Yesterday I showed up on time, even a little earlier than the 9 am start time and proceeded to wait 45 minutes for the doctor to bother showing up. Why is the depressed and dysfunctional person that desperately needs treatment held to a *higher* standard than the salaried doctors?? Do I get 175 dollars for my doctor being 40 minutes late? No, I don't even get an opportunity to be late myself without getting charged a huge amount. Why the hell am I held to a higher standard than the person I'm paying? Why are these doctors allowed to forgo punctuality altogether when I'm expected to be there within ten minutes of the start time or else be charged a decent chunk of my rent that month.”
