“I guess I am going to have to keep reposting this, since Mindful Health Solutions is apparently in the practice of lobbying Google to remove negative reviews. Bottom line: The clinicians I worked with were excellent, and if I only had to deal with them, this review would be five stars, not one. HOWEVER... Never have I dealt with a more incompetent and unprofessional administrative operation. They began by failing to properly classify my insurance status, resulting in several weeks of being undercharged. These things happen, but when I raised the issue with them requested clarification, instead of providing it, they just debited several unauthorized payments from my account, totalling $730. If you're not prepared for that sort of money to disappear from your bank account without notice, AVOID MHS. When I objected to this practice, they promised not to repeat it and to agreed to clarify the status of my account with me before taking any further payments I had not authorized explicitly. Did they keep this promise? OF COURSE NOT. Mindful Health Solutions is what you get when you let private equity operate in the healthcare space. The positive work of well-intentioned CAREGIVERS is wasted and undone by sloppy accounting, poor communication and an apparent management directive to extract maximum revenue at any cost. AVOID”

“Dr. Eldridge is an excellent doctor. He’s friendly and easy to talk to. The office is warm and inviting. The treatment areas are comforting and peaceful. The nurses and office staff are all friendly and professional. I’ve referred friends to Dr. Eldridge and they’ve also had a very positive experience.”

“The back office is so busy with the patients they already have. They took a long time to verify My insurance. I had faith in them. August 19th I had an appointment with dr. Haas. For 1 hour. Which was wonderful. With the correct co pay of $25.00.Then last week they upped the annie to $250.00. maybe they Don't realize that seniors don't always make The all mighty dollar like when we were bad asses and young. “If you actually need your doctor more than 20 minutes once every 5-6 weeks, this is not the place for you. They will only communicate through a message relay system, and you cannot communicate directly with your doctor, only random staff who will allegedly contact your doctor for you. Except it seems most of their doctors only work 1-2 days a week, so you’ll probably wait a good week for a response. And good luck if you need a change in your prescription; I’m a couple days from my next appointment and still can’t get them to send a script from my last one. Absolutely the most frustrating medical practitioners I’ve ever dealt with.”
