“My psychiatrist was fantastic- he unfortunately ended up leaving the practice to reasons I am not sure of. However, this practice as a whole is the one I signed up with as a patient before even being assigned a psychiatrist, as they work with my insurance and their network spans a large section of California and other States. I was not notified before he left, only when he was already gone, to which this provider- the one that assigned me the psychiatrist as they are a large company- simply told me to basically kick rocks and find another provider myself. I find this extremely unprofessional, and lacking any sort of empathy. I am on controlled meds, which you NEED a psychiatrist to continue being able to get them prescribed. It was stated to me that there were no new patient slots as they didn’t have anyone to replace him, yet this company spans much bigger than just Roseville and is the one who set me up with him within this network. I even asked if they could recommend something as I’m sure everyone is aware that speaking to your insurance provider is NOT easy, and they literally just said outright no. Find another business to work with is my recommendation.”

“If you like to have med pushers and doctors that write you off and make you feel like a burden this place is perfect. Stephen Ramondino got my wife on meds, pushed her to rely on the system, and I literally watched her become more dependent on him and more afraid of living than ever before. She was his patient for years and then he quits his practice without even telling her leaving her without any help or medication. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Look elsewhere for mental health help. This place doesn't even treat anything besides depression and ptsd. Bipolar, schizophrenia, ptsd, etc... they don't have any doctors that specialize in any of it.”

“I was at this practice for a couple of years and lost two great providers to high turnover. The office staff is also a high turnover. I've been trying to get a refund for copays they kept collecting for six months for a year now and they will not communicate with me about my account or provide the refund owed to me. Make sure you track your copays and stop paying them when you know you've met your out of pocket because you won't get a refund. This issue has been through the hands of 5 people at the Sierra College office and still no refund for copays overpaid back in 2024. I have found after leaving the clinic for a new place how much more other clinics care about their patients.”

“They continually overcharge you so you keep having to check your bill. Then when you question why they keep doing this (sus right?) they tell you they will no longer see you”
