“I really never make reviews like this but I am truly blown away from this. I was referred through my Dr and made appointment which got cancelled (20 minutes before the appointment might I add) then scheduled me a month later. I walked into a completely empty office the day of my appointment and the receptionist walked in after I was waiting for about 10 minutes. She struggled to look up my appointment and when she found my info she told me the doctor I was scheduled to see was not available for 3 more months and that I should have been notified my appointment would be cancelled. She then told me someone would call me to reschedule with another provider…after they failed to call me about my SECOND appointment being cancelled. Overall this experience has been incredibly unprofessional and I truly cannot believe that this is how MENTAL HEALTH patients are being treated.”

“I do not give any stars to Mindful Health Solutions. I recently called to make an appointment to receive esketamine treatment. They took all my information and set up two intake phone appointments to determine my eligibility. I was so excited to perhaps finally get relief for my depression and chronic pain. I checked in online and organized my medication info in anticipation of the first call. I waited 45 minutes past the scheduled time for this person to finally call and tell me they were no longer accepting esketamine patients. Not only was I very disappointed, but it was a complete waste of my time. The person who answered my initial call should have known this. It would have saved me a lot of time, frustration and disappointment.”
