“I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I've had at the Mind Divers location in Clovis. My therapist has truly been such a blessing. She is so patient, caring, and has helped me tremendously with my anxiety and the mental hurdles I've been facing. I always look forward to our visits. The two sweet young ladies at the front desk are just as kind as can be. They always greet me with a smile, make me feel welcome, and treat me with such genuine warmth and respect. It's such a comfort to find a place where everyone truly seems to care. Coming to Mind Divers is the highlight of my day because of these people. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mind Diving to anyone who is looking for support. Thank you all for showing up every day with such compassion and kindness. It truly means more than you know.”

“Tried to get in although since the first initial call it seemed like front desk didn’t want to help out or explain the process. They told me they would call me back a day after to set up an appointment but they never did so I just went with another place where they are more attentive. Not sure how front desk is at their other location but this one, the lady that I was talking to didn’t seem like she wanted to assist.”

“No one ever answers the phone calls. The fact I thought I was on a waiting list since last year turns out they never put me for the therapist I wanted. Now they’re saying im number 65 waitlist last I heard I was in waiting at number 3. That didn’t sound right to me. The fact they lied to me was uncalled for. The FACT WE CANT DO CONSULTATIONS WITH THERAPISTS is odd. How am I supposed to know if the therapist is qualified for what my needs are. I asked for the therapist BIO and they didn’t have anything on file. So I’m going there blindly not knowing who they are? Taking my service elsewhere sadly. How my therapist leaves there she deserves better. Disappointing.”

“This place is a joke! You can't get ahold of ANYONE including but not limited to management & providers. If you need to reschedule an appointment don't waste your cause they dont give enough of a crap to take your calls. If you bring g it up with the lady in the front your told your wrong an that she's been at her desk/phone all morning/afternoon.”
