“Ive been calling and leaving messages to find out when next appt is but no one picks up or returns calls. They charge for missed appts but can't get thru. I would rethink going here since they are hard to get a hold of and charged without my permission.”

“This Hanford office is amazing I love the atmosphere and the way the staff are Monica is the best and is always welcoming and very helpful. This office would not be the same without her she has helped me so much and is there for all the clients that come into those doors. She has a way of making everyone feel welcomed and listened too even when it's not her job she greats everyone with a smile and is very great with the kids. My daughter loves her so much that she gets more excited to go see her then she ever has with anyone else. I recently switched session to telehealth due to my work schedule and loved that my therapist and Monica helped me with logging in they provided me with a test session, so I know exactly how to log on. This experience with MindDivers in Hanford has helped me so much and I recommend this place to all my friends and family I am grateful that they decided to open a location in this area as we do not have much around here to choose from thank you again to MindDivers and all the Hanford team”

“Long story short, don’t see Brittany unless you want to laugh at some weird, forced, over-the-top facial expressions and be aware they’ll make unauthorized charges to your cards after you asked them to delete your payment methods. My daughter had a few appointments with Brittany, I’ll update this if I can find her last name, they don’t have her picture and info on their website. She was nice enough but comes across as very fake and over-the-top with her “sympathetic” facial expressions. She didn’t even speak to me the first few appointments, but at the 3rd she took me back to talk too and I could immediately see why my daughter didn’t care for her. We were also having insurance issues with them and had a bill left with them. They took payment from one of our saved payment methods without authorization so I called and asked them to remove our cards, but here we are a month later and they took the rest of our balance due off one of the cards that should have been deleted instead of calling me first.”
