“Additionally, there was confusion regarding my date of birth, the scheduler became frustrated and stated she does not do that and would not do so moving forward. Overall, the experience was very negative. As someone actively trying to seek behavioral health support, being met with this level of resistance and attitude was discouraging. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable continuing with Lifestance and will be looking for a different provider. (If you have 2 insurances they will be frustrated with questions you have as a veteran I was treated poorly for having questions about tricare insurance ) go to COHEN instead way better”
