“Patient compliance is demanded far beyond any medical office we have experienced in our 70+ years of medical care. If one doesn’t cancel an appointment 48 hours in advance you are charged $150 for non-compliance. What should have been a 2 1/2 hours appointment at best due to Medicare regulations turned into 3 1/2 hours for the doctor was too busy with other patients. With travel time, wait time and treatment it became a 4 1/2 commitment for 15 minutes of treatment and 2 hours of observation. After two treatments, further treatment was terminated due to patient choice for therapy was not helpful.”
