“Takes 20 mins to talk to someone, always on hold. Has you fill our forms online, before making an appointment. But then you go to complete forms and makes you put na for over hundreds of things. My daughter is 6. No she has never done drugs, she is in kindergarten, and has never been arrested. Are you kidding me who has time for this? Then I call and they’re no help…”

“Went around June 2025 filled out paperwork for my child. They told me they would have to wait to see who was taking new clients for the age group. I did not hear back for weeks. So I called and they still mentioned that they were still waiting and that was fine I understood. They checked if my phone number was correct and it was not. So they fixed it. Waited another 2 weeks had not heard back, called again because they told me it would just be a few weeks. They still had the wrong number and still had no information for me as to when they would have someone available. I was patient and understanding. I waited so long with no answers and every time I called it was no help with a different answer every time as to when they would have someone available. I gave up and decided to not even continue. We are in January 2026 and I have not received one call from them and I will not be calling. I would have just liked a simple "we can not take him", just communicate and I would have understood. But the no response and communicate and having the wrong information everytime I called.....I guess is a blessing in disguise.”

“First of all I was in need of help having just moved to the Victorville area, I called and didn't speak to anyone so went to the office anyway they helped me get medication. I had a great talk with the Dr. She ordered meds and set me up for another visit within weeks, I walked away feeling good knowing they cared about my Mental health. I will always remember how I was treated the first time I went to their office, like a person 5 stars isn't enough. People that care and every hopeful”

“The staff and everyone here is incredibly wonderful. They’ve never had a problem that they couldn’t solve for me. When I missed an appointment for my son, they promptly called me back and rescheduled me. I was quite impatient about putting my son on medication, but Cindy listened to me out and prescribed something mild. If you’re a parent of a special needs child and need help, this office is the place to go.”
