“This place is an absolute scam. I did a consult in January then consulted with my personal doctors who attempted to reach Dr A multiple times and could not. After weeks of trying, my primary heard from an alternate. I did a pre-assessment via Telehealth that took 15 minutes, involved very simple questions and no treatment. Ultimately my team advised against doing TMS. 6 months later I found out that they had billed my insurance $650. Throughout this process, I felt I was being sold care that was inappropriate for my condition. I attempted to call, email and text their office a multitude of times to discuss my billing and received no call backs or correspondence, only invoices. Finally after discussing my situation with a human, I was offered a 20% discount. I'm a doctor. This is not medicine. This is boilerplate car sales. Caveat emptor.”
