“I have been going to Exxceed Wellness for TMS treatment for the last 5 weeks, and Nefreteri Abat has provided excellent care. She is patient, listens to me and takes my feedback into consideration. She is very thorough - even before I started the treatment, my intake process was easily 2+ hours, and I didn’t feel rushed. She ensured I was well physically and that all my blood lests were normal before starting treatment. She referred me to a test that showed one of my anti-depressants was not working. I am very satisfied and impressed as no other mental health provider has done this. TMS has to be done the right way in order to work, and Nef and Jennika do an excellent job of this. In 3 weeks, I have started to feel so much better and that is even while reducing one of my medications slowly. She is so knowledgeable about medications side effects every question i’ve had for her she’d had the answer. I’m not too familiar with medications and she always takes her time understanding how i feel and answering any questions i have. Also, you can genuinely see the happiness she feels for you when you start feeling better she’s the sweetest. I definitely recommend her!!”
