“I just completed my second round of TMS with Anew Era and am so happy I decided to do so. I’ve been lucky enough to work with Sami and Ryanne. Both made the process so easy and comfortable. Sami was my tech for my first round as well and she is the reason why I wanted to come back for a second round. Throughout the whole process she has been so supportive, helpful, and encouraging. I am very grateful for the women I’ve met at Anew Era and the treatment I’ve received.”

“Wonderful practice, but I almost didn’t make it to the appointment because there are two flights of stairs! I’m happy I did because Paul is wonderful and so is his staff. Whoever is managing this practice- fyi, I don’t believe it’s ADA compliant that you’re on the second floor with no elevators. When I called the office, no one told me there were stairs. it’s great that most appointments now can be done virtually, but if you’re going to have people come into the office for a mandatory first appointment, you I need to offer accommodations for those with disabilities- Which would be something like offering a different office or offering a virtual appointment. Luckily I’m understanding and I also own a business so I stuck it out …you’re very lucky to have Paul and the receptionist whose name I didn’t catch. I will definitely be back but please come up with a plan to address this that so people are not missing out on your services.”

“For someone experiencing anxiety, this place is as good as it gets. I initially met with Hazel Flores, the Lead Patient Care Coordinator, and simply being around her helped me relax. She has an incredible demeanor and is genuinely committed to making sure your experience is a positive one. I then met with Paul Gatdula, who took the time to carefully review what I was experiencing, offer thoughtful guidance, and explain the treatment options available to help determine the best solution for my situation. Overall, this was a truly positive experience for me and very much needed.”
