“Sorry but I'm not happy with any of the psychiatry . There either rude or I cant understand thim. They also wouldn't talk to me. I'm not very well in my head with out my mess. They seem not to care about me. I have been as nice as I can. But I cant do this any more.”

“Absolutely awful experience.(I tried to post 0 stars). In general, I have not had a good experience w/Advanced Psychiatry Associates-they're rude & unprofessional. But the Psychiatrist I saw was the WORST- she was completely rude & unprofessional. Also, not trying to be rude myself but I could not understand her at all... I have never felt so judged & 'unseen' before; there was no point in booking another apt w/her, as she made it blatantly clear she had already formed a preconceived opinion of me & didn't care to take the time to get to know me. Also, I sent over all of my med records well in advanced & she didn't have them. She made it seem as if my previous psychiatrist (who saved my life & is amazing-CHAPA DE IS THE BEST), & I were doing something wrong bc of the dose of medication I am on. I understand my situation might not be "the norm," but to make me feel badly about it & judged... That is NEVER the right thing to do. I could Feel her judging me the entire apt & it really threw me off & made me feel absolutely awful. She clearly only has experience w/individuals who fit into standard practices, which is fine, but don't make me feel low bc I have different circumstances & issues. I wish so badly I could continue my care at Chapa De Indian Health (but they only take Medical)-everyone there TRULY cares & each took the time to get to know me... Also, it's directly bc of Chapa De that I am able to live a healthy life now & be a positive member of society. The people at Chapa De have saved my life & I am rly not sure what I am going to do w/o them now. It's beyond upsetting the drastic difference between Advanced Psychiatry Associates, and Chapa De. You can tell when someone genuinely cares, and it makes all the difference in the world; & visa versa. & When u rly need someone to, & they don't.... :'(”

“I shared that I may have some anxiety etc and the provider just diagnosed me with what I may have thought I had and I was prescribed medication right away she was rude at first but then it seemed like she wanted to rush the appointment since she stated I was 15 min late and if her next appointment goes into mine then she'll finish my appointment another day. I informed her the receptionist were trying to send me the link and I was having a hard time logging in since my last name was spelled incorrectly in their computer system so all that time getting link after link sent to me I was finally able to log in. Ms. Nancy was upset with the zoom meeting being over the phone our connection was awful and it was very hard to understand her I wouldnt recommended anyone seeing that nurse practitioner/ therapist .”
